Cal State LA's PRO Certificate Program is an innovative, online, self-paced professional training program that equips youth-serving professionals with tools to activate intentional skill-building and thriving for young people.
The PRO Certificate Program is for anyone who works with or aspires to work with young people ages 10 to 25 to optimize their full potential. The curriculum is grounded in leading practices from Positive Youth Development (PYD) and other related fields, and it provides access to downloadable step-by-step guides to activate intentional skill-building.
