Very special Vallemayor night in 2 weeks

We are delighted to finally be able to announce our best kept secret. Rafa Perez, owner of Bodegas Vallemayor is visiting us on 15th May to host a very special night.

We will be having our annual formal Rioja dinner towards the end of November, but we have secured a second visit from Rafa this year, and the night will be different (and recognising the cost of living challenges facing us all, this one will be much cheaper).

We will be recreating the vibe of Calle Laurel, the iconic tapas street of Logroño (Rafa's home town and the capital of La Rioja). We are reproducing some of the very best dishes from some of Laurel's best restaurants and bars - all paired with a superb selection of Vallemayor's award winning Rioja wines (including the brand new 2025 Joven from last year's harvest). This is a very special Winemaker's dinner with a difference.

It will be more informal, capturing the vibe of Calle Laurel. At the heart of the night will be Rafa (and his nephew, Pablo) introducing their sensational wines. We will have live music, and you will have a feast of the very best Riojan food. Expect:
