week of November 3rd ~ November 7th

Tuesday: Turkey Pumpkin Chili / Italian Tortellini

~ I know this might sound like a strange combination, but all these items come together beautifully. Pumpkin is one of those great ingredients that can work both sweet and savory, and it goes savory in this dish. This chili has white beans, ground turkey, onions, garlic, pureed pumpkin, and lots of herbs and spices. A wonderfully seasonal soup.

Italian tortellini is one of our customer favorites. A tomato cream base with tons of veggies, fresh greens, and cheese tortellini. The perfect soup to pair with our olive oil bread and the salad of the week.

Thursday- Taco Soup / Cheesy Cauliflower Soup

~ This is my daughters' favorite soup and for good reason, it tastes just like a taco. It is a ground beef and veggie base with lots of fresh peppers, herbs, and spices. We recommend you crunch up some tortilla chips in it for a little extra texture.

Get some veggies in your family's diet easily this night with our cheesy cauliflower soup. It is packed with vitamins from the cauliflower, potatoes, carrots, onions, and garlic. This soup is so flavorful and comforting.

Friday- Stuffed Chicken Breast with Orzo and Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

~This is a favorite meal for not only me but many of you. The tender chicken is stuffed with spinach, roasted red pepper, and provolone. Then we make herbed orzo and smother it all with our creamy roasted red pepper sauce. A perfect dinner for two. Dinner is done.
