Updates from Sea Pines CSA Finance Department

Due Date of Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessment extended through January 31, 2019 Due to the delayed distribution of the 2019 Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessments, we are granting an extension of time to remit your assessment until January 31, 2019. Late fees and interest charges will not begin to accrue until February 1, 2019. Assessment Information 2019 Annual Assessment Rates: Residential Family Dwelling Unit Developed 2019 Residential Assessment – $1,076 Residential Lot Undeveloped 2019 Residential Assessment – $641   This amount is payable by January 31, 2019. You can make your payment online.  Click here to take you through the online payment process.   For questions regarding the annual assessment or to set up a payment plan, please contact the Sea Pines CSA Finance Department by emailing Tracey McNeill at traceym@csaseapines.com .

ASPPPO Membership Invoices To Be Mailed To Property Owners Later This Week The Association of Sea Pines Plantation Property Owners, Inc. (“ASPPPO”) represents the residential property owners of Sea Pines. ASPPPO’s basic functions are to enforce compliance with the Sea Pines covenants and to provide the residential property owners of Sea Pines, with a place to address their opinions, to get answers to their questions and to have a voice in community affairs.   Membership in ASPPPO is voluntary and annual. To be a member, you must own a residential lot, or family dwelling unit within Sea Pines and pay the annual dues which are $35.00. Payment of dues entitles you to vote as an ASPPPO member, this includes voting at the Annual Meeting, any special votes and also voting for the Board of Directors.   Invoices for ASPPPO Membership will be sent via postal mail later this week to eligible Sea Pines P roperty Owners. Checks should be mailed to our lockbox at ASPPPO, Post Office Box 628207, Orlando, Florida 32862-8207. Updates from Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department

Raised roadway reflectors to be installed along Plantation Drive Our contractor will be installing raised roadway reflectors along Plantation Drive tomorrow, January 10, from 9 am. until 5 pm. There will be very minor traffic delays and a flagman will be present to assist with directing traffic.
