Dear Aristoi Families,

I'm excited to begin our partnership with the YMCA as our after-school care provider starting Tuesday, September 1st. If you plan to use after-school care this year, please review the attached flyer and register as soon as possible to secure your child’s spot.

To ensure proper student supervision and campus safety, please adhere strictly to our dismissal guidelines.

• Dismissal Hours: Standard student pick-up runs from 3:10 PM to 3:30 PM.
• Hard Pick-Up Deadline (3:30 PM): All students who are not enrolled in the YMCA program must be picked up by 3:30 PM.
• No Drop-In Care: The YMCA does not allow drop-in care. Students who are not pre-registered cannot be transitioned into the after-school program at 3:31 PM.
• Running Late: If an unexpected emergency delays your arrival, please call the front office immediately at (281) 391-5003, so we can make appropriate arrangements for your child's safety.
