An online support group for adults with autism to share successes and concerns, give and receive support, and be a part of a community that understands.
April is Autism ACCEPTANCE Month!
Words matter. Since 2008, April has been officially recognized as Autism Awareness Month in Ohio but we feel it is time that we move beyond awareness to acceptance so we, along with other Ohio affiliates, requested that the state of Ohio recognize that it's not enough to just be aware, we need to move to acceptance - acceptance in our family, community, at work, everywhere.

We are pleased that Governor DeWine has issued a proclamation that April is Autism ACCEPTANCE Month. Thank you, Governor DeWine!
NEW Book Reviews!
New for April! We often get asked about the best books to read about autism. From books to talk about autism to your child to books about autism and marriage or books that explore autism and more so we decided to launch a bi-weekly book review to take a look at the variety of books.
Our first book is a children's book called "All My Stripes" by Shaina Rudolph and Danielle Royer.

Children with autism often feel different from their peers and don’t always understand why. This book highlights some of the wonderfully unique attributes of Zane, a zebra with autism.

Kids Exploring Fun!
Kids Exploring Fun is an online, weekly program for children 3-12 on the autism spectrum and their siblings.

Each week has a theme and a set of fun, structured activities that are geared for children to have fun, explore art, science, music, theatre, and more.

Each week's activities are led by one of program partners and are designed for kids to interact with one another, be creative, and have FUN.
