What's happening this week:

Summer is unofficially over now but that does not mean that it is time to retreat back into the house and hibernate for the next few months, save that for January. Fall is meant for the cool crisp air, changing foliage and football and while the fall colors have not yet begun, this week the NFL season starts, although high school and college has been going for a few weeks already. This is an exciting time of year for football fans!

We are not ready to give up grilling season just yet with this week's first sale item. Our Smoked Baby Back Ribs can certainly be done in the oven in a pinch, but why? They are so much better heated up over a medium heat for about 20 minutes on the grill.

And for our other sale item this week the other side of the coin, we've given up grilling. The Boneless Pot Roasts are certainly not an item you can grill unless you have all sorts of disposable time. I am a big fan of using the Crock Pot to cook my pot roasts but my wife seems to think that the only way to cook anything is in the Instant Pot although the oven would probably work too!!

You may notice a recurring theme about one grilling item and one for inside cooking at both locations this week. First up is the grilling item. The Butter Garlic Sirloin is one of those steaks that you just can't stop eating once you do. It's almost like candy. Delicious garlicky, beefy flavored candy.

Our Stuffed Pork Chops can certainly be done on the grill but I have found that baking them in the oven is far easier and they seem to come out better. We have our suggested cooking instructions on the labels so make sure not to throw them out with the paper!
