Join Us in Las Vegas for NATSA’s 40th Anniversary Conference!

Hard to believe it’s July already. NATSA has been hard at work since last September planning our upcoming Annual Conference; so, mark your calendars and make plans to join us for the NATSA 40th Anniversary Annual Conference, taking place September 14–16, 2026, in Las Vegas, Nevada! This milestone event will bring together transportation professionals from across North America for three days of education, collaboration, and advocacy focused on issues important to our industry.

Attendees will hear directly from industry leaders and regulatory experts, including representatives from FMCSA, IFTA, IRP, CVSA, AAMVA and state agencies, while also participating in valuable discussions on emerging compliance challenges, operational best practices, technology trends, and jurisdictional updates. The conference agenda is designed to provide practical insights that can be applied immediately within your organization.

In addition to the educational sessions, the conference offers unparalleled networking opportunities with transportation specialists, carriers, technology providers, consultants, and regulatory partners. Whether you are a longtime member or attending for the first time, you'll leave with new connections, fresh ideas, and actionable knowledge to help your business succeed.

As NATSA celebrates four decades of serving the transportation services industry, we look forward to recognizing our history, honoring the volunteers who have shaped our organization, and building momentum for the next 40 years.

PRISM Stakeholder Forum

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA) Performance and Registration Information Systems Management (PRISM) program continues to play a critical role in connecting motor carrier safety performance with vehicle registration enforcement. For transportation professionals involved in fleet licensing, registration, compliance, and motor carrier operations, understanding PRISM is becoming increasingly important.

NATSA members are encouraged to attend the upcoming PRISM Stakeholder Forum on July 15, 2026, to learn about current program developments, implementation initiatives, and the future direction of registration-based safety enforcement.
