Whether you’re navigating daily routines, managing co-occurring conditions, or exploring treatment options, RCBM is here with support that meets you where you are. | | |
Despite increased awareness, misconceptions about ADHD still prevent many people from getting the support they need. In this Psychology Today blog post, Dr. Joel Young breaks down five common myths about ADHD - including the belief that it’s simply a childhood issue, or that it stems from laziness or lack of discipline.
This article clarifies what ADHD really is, how it affects individuals across the lifespan, and why proper diagnosis and treatment matter.
