March 2021 Newsletter
Greetings!

Welcome to the March 2021 newsletter...we hope this email finds you doing well!

Important Update on inbound shipments: The logistics frustrations continue as congestion in the Ports of LA, NY and Prince Rupert are at their worst. Our forwarding agents have all but given up on providing updated delivery dates. Since last week's weather that disrupted most of the nation, trucking companies are way behind and the effects of Covid continue to effect the ports and availability of rail cars.

The FDNY MR Satellites were originally scheduled to arrive in mid-February, but they have been stuck in the NY Port since arrival earlier in the month. We've been told that we are waiting for a trucking company to gain access to the port to pick up the goods and deliver straight to our warehouse in Memphis. This appointment was last scheduled for 2/25, but it did not happen. No updated expected date has been provided, but we continue to watch it each week.

We have 3 other shipments, either in LA or NY, which are undoubtedly caught in the same congestion. We're hoping for these issues to be relieved soon, but experts are saying that it may get worse before it gets better.

Thank you for your patience as we all continue to wait.

This March, we are still within our "slow time" of the year as some of our factory engineers, administration and designers have just returned from their CNY holiday break. We have two new releases this month including a single rear axle Mack R Dump Truck and another round of Seagrave engines for FDNY.

Read on for updates on best sellers, low stocks, new and pending arrivals, new releases and more.

And as always, thank you for being part of the elite group of Fire Replicas collectors.
