Miriam first encountered EFT in 2019 to help deal with a particularly difficult period of her life. She was looking for ways to calm and balance her emotions while also seeking care for members of her family The relief from EFT was surprisingly immediate and she was drawn to learn more. She worked with several certified practitioners and discovered she could rely on EFT to handle even the most uncomfortable feelings as they surfaced. Becoming certified as an EFT practitioner beccame a new goal, allowing Miriam to extend care to others.

Miriam looks forward to helping clients calm anxiety, caregiver stress and performance jitters. She recognizes the unique stress women carry as mothers and caregivers for elderly parents. She brings abundant hope through her strong belief in the benefits of EFT for daily living.

EFT International requires 6 hours per year of mentoring with a Trainer or approved mentor. I am happy to offer this service with group mentoring sessions every month on a variety of topics.
