NEW: Middle School Exploratory Committee Update
In an effort to continue providing transparency regarding the work of the various committees within the Xavier Catholic Schools community, please see the information below regarding the latest meetings held by the middle school exploratory study committee. 

Included is the information from the latest meetings held on June 7, 2023 and June 15, 2023 at Xavier High School. As a reminder, this group is tasked with answering the question by providing a recommendation to the three middle school boards: Is it in the long term best interest for the metro Catholic middle schools to remain independent or become consolidated?

You will find the following documents included with this communication as a way to ensure this process is transparent and clear.

NEW: St. Jude Sweet Corn Festival - Volunteers Needed!
Volunteers are needed to help with the St. Jude Sweet Corn Festival, August 11-13! Please consider helping our partner parish, St. Jude, and encourage your students to sign up to get those service hours!

Reminder: Postseason Baseball/Softball Tickets
The Xavier Baseball and Softball teams begin postseason play this week. Ticketing information is as follows:

BASEBALL - SUBSTATE
Tickets can be purchased for $6 online at the IHSAA Website. The QR you receive after purchasing a ticket will be scanned at the gate for entry to the game.

SOFTBALL - REGIONAL
Tickets can be purchased for $6 online at Xavier’s Bound webpage or on Xavier’s Bound app. The QR you receive after purchasing a ticket will be scanned at the gate for entry to the game.
Reminder: XPX Uniform Collection
XPX is once again collecting “graduated” and out-grown GENTLY WORN uniforms. These items will be available in August for purchase at the annual Back-to-School Sale! All proceeds from this sale will directly benefit the XPX programs, which support the students, staff and teachers at Xavier. Please clean out those closets and bring ANY UNIFORM APPROVED items (polos, sweaters, quarter-zips, pants) to the main office. Gentle used spirit wear will be accepted too. All items must be without stains or tears. Items can be dropped off at the school during summer office hours, M-TH 8am-3pm, F 8am-12pm. Thank you for your support!
Reminder: Second Round of STO/FACTS Application Deadline is Approaching
We would like to remind families of a second round of assistance through STO. FACTS applications that STO uses are due by July 14th. If you have started the application process already please respond to any FACTS inquiries and complete the application process. The application is available online at online.factsmgt.com/aid in both English and Spanish. In addition to your completed application, you must include a copy of 2022 current wage and tax information.
