Thank you for exhibiting at the 2024 Annual Meat Conference! This is the first in a series of exhibitor newsletters to update you on important information designed to help you increase booth traffic, engagement, leads and sales.

Manage Your Online Directory Listing and More

The Online Directory is THE place attendees go to see who is exhibiting and learn more about their products and services. Login to the Exhibitor Dashboard to:

Update your company profile for the website and mobile app
Access the Exhibitor Service Kit (coming soon)
Pay for Exhibit Space

The Primary Contact for your company will receive an email this week to access the Exhibitor Dashboard and create a password. Please view the instructions and if you are having trouble logging in, contact Erin Harrison at amcexhibitorcare@tradeshowlogic.com. If you need other team members to have access, you may add them once you are logged into the Dashboard.

Exhibitor Badges

Exhibitor registration is open. Each exhibiting company receives two (2) Full Conference and one (1) Exhibit Hall Only badge per 10’x12’ square feet of space, and two (2) Full Conference registrations per exhibiting company to use for Retail Customers. Your next step is to register your booth personnel for exhibitor badges. You will not be able to access the exhibit hall and/or sessions without a badge.

Please reference the exhibitor registration email from FMI register@fmi.org sent to the primary contact with instructions to register for your complimentary badges. Additional registrations over and above your complimentary allotment are available. You or your team members can register for these online. Register by January 10, 2024, for the Early Bird Rate. If you have any registration questions or need assistance registering, please contact register@fmi.org.

Exhibitor Service Kit

The Exhibitor Service Kit will be available in early December and includes all the information you’ll need to order booth services, plan for food sampling, shipping information, and more.

Housing

Exhibitors may book their hotel reservations at discounted nightly rates.

SCAM ALERT: THIRD-PARTY SCAMMERS SOLICITING ANNUAL MEAT CONFERENCE HOTEL RESERVATIONS.

FMI/NAMI has received several reports of third-party hotel scammers targeting our exhibitors and attendees. These hotel booking scammers have no affiliation with FMI, NAMI, or the Annual Meat Conference. Any company requiring full prepayment should be viewed with extreme suspicion. If you are solicited by any group other than FMI/NAMI or the Gaylord Nashville in Nashville, TN, for AMC, please contact events@meatinstitute.org.
