Ronlen Industries is Expanding With a New Distribution Center

Ronlen Industries Inc. is getting a new Distribution Center in Brunswick, Ohio!

Campbell Construction has partnered with Ronlen Industries to design and construct a new facility as part of its campus expansion.

This project includes a 19,500 sq. ft. Butler® pre-engineered metal warehouse building, complete with a conventional 1,680 sq. ft. conventional office.

Ronlen Industries is a particularly special client to Campbell Construction, as our relationship goes way back to 1986 when we designed and built our first-ever Butler® building for them!

The new facility--our third project for Ronlen--is a free-standing building and stands across the street from Ronlen's original building, which our client still occupies.

Superior Diesel Expands

Project Update

Superior Diesel, Inc., headquartered in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, is adding to its 40,000 sq. ft. facility on Greenwich Rd. in Seville, Ohio.

Campbell Construction was selected to design and construct a new 40,000 sq. ft. Butler® pre-engineered metal building addition to Superior Diesel's existing facility.

This building addition will be used for production. The full project includes adding air conditioning in a portion of the existing building, constructing a dyno room in the existing building, and miscellaneous site improvements.

This month our team is installing the Butler MR-24® standing seam roof, siding, trims, windows, and doors. Next month we'll be working on underground electrical and mechanical, and installing the concrete floor system.
