DEALS: Deals are now being handled from beginning to end at each branch front desk. This provides our Salespeople with a seamless transaction process from start to close with immediate access to updates and answers directly from front desk admin. Staff will continue to package deals and send to lawyers, follow up on commissions owing and work with you to ensure all required paperwork and info is on file.

We are paperless which means that all your files are available to you 24/7 through our on-line transaction management system - Skyslope.

Don't forget to fill out the Source of Business section on your Trade Record Sheet so that your end of year report contains meaningful info as you create your Business Plan for the coming year!
Please note the following Rules for all ITSO Real Estate Boards (including Niagara, PKAR, KLREA, etc)

Rule 2.08
A listing CANNOT contain statements like the following:
  • Buyer to verify all measurements
  • Buyer to do due diligence on lot size, zoning and bylaw requirements
  • No representations or warranties are made of any kind by the Listing Brokerage in regards to this property

Rule 4.05 ADVERTISING “Coming Soon”
Within five (5) business days of marketing a property as “Coming soon” in association with the MLS® Marks or REALTOR.ca, the Listing Brokerage must list the property on the MLS® System as set out in Article 2. 

Rule - Article 2, 2.08 (e)
OREA Form 244 (Seller’s Direction) MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE LISTING AS A DOCUMENT if it is not immediately available for the registration of Offers, with notice of such restrictions also in the appropriate remarks section.
