As summer comes to a close, the NIRMA Board would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make our 50th Anniversary Symposium such a memorable success. From attendees, presenters, sponsors, and exhibitors to the many volunteers who worked behind the scenes, your support, enthusiasm, and dedication made this milestone celebration truly special.

The theme, Bridging Past and Future, provided an opportunity to honor NIRMA's rich history while exploring the innovations and challenges shaping the future of information and records management. Most importantly, the symposium reminded us that NIRMA's greatest strength has always been its members and the sense of community we share.

Thank you for being part of this historic event and for your continued commitment to NIRMA and our profession. We look forward to sharing additional symposium highlights and photographs in the Fall issue of Inside NIRMA Magazine.

What We Learned from the 2026 Symposium

Member feedback reinforced the value of networking, knowledge sharing, emerging technology discussions, practical case studies, and increased volunteer opportunities. The feedback received will help guide future webinars, Symposium planning, and member engagement activities.

Organizations beginning 2027 budget planning should be aware that NIRMA has secured a highly competitive room rate at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona. The negotiated rate provides access to a premier resort property at exceptional value and, based on current information, does not include resort fees, providing additional savings for attendees and their organizations.

2027 Symposium Early Registration Flash Deal Ends September 30, 2026!

$1,200.00 Registration Fee through September 30, 2026.
Includes all sessions, the opening reception, vendor night, meals and annual NIRMA membership dues.
When an organization purchases three registrations, each additional registration fee is available for $1,000.00.
Although registration fees are non-refundable, they are transferable.
