Hello to our 317 Main family,
Considering the events of the last month with the COVID-19 outbreak, 317 Main is committed to keeping our families, students and campers informed about any changes related to our summer camps. As of today, we are hopeful that our summer camp season will go on as scheduled and that state regulations will be lifted for this to happen by our first camp start date of July 6
th
.
As we continue to plan for summer camps, please know that the safety of our campers and community is our first priority. We will continue to monitor and follow state guidelines, and we will be preparing to modify, delay or reschedule our summer camps as needed in accordance with those directives. In the event that summer camps are not able to run as currently designed, we are also exploring other options for alternative summer programming.
We at 317 Main hope to see you and give your children the opportunity to make music with their peers and our talented Teaching Artist staff. Community music-making is at the core of what we do and, in order to make this camp season as smooth and flexible as possible, we will not be making any decisions to reschedule or suspend camps until the beginning of June.
We encourage you to register for our camps
risk free
, with the knowledge that you will be fully refunded if a camp is cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns. (Early bird discount applies through May 15th.)
Our staff is excited to make music with you, and hope by July we will be doing so in-person. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me with any questions you may have.
We wish everyone in our community a healthy and safe spring, and send our best wishes,
Alicia Phelps
