Today I'm meeting with a lady who has her FIL's collection from the 1920s. It is still amazing to me to get memorabilia that is 100 years old. This one includes his Eagle medal and she believes (might be family legend) he was the first Eagle in his county.

Next month I have back-to-back conclaves and the Charlotte TOR to start off May. Three weekends of patch trading fun that will include the chance to put on some displays. For the Charlotte show we have some other collectors that have volunteered to bring their frames and share with the Scouts and Scouters in attendance.

I'd love to mail out some flyers for the Charlotte TOR to any nearby patch contacts that have a council or OA event coming up in the next month. I believe there are lots of Southern state conclaves during that span. So especially if anyone is attending the GA or VA events and you can pass out fliers on your patch blanket please let me know.
