Greetings from your new Executive Director
Who is this David Nolle guy?
Until I have the opportunity to introduce myself face-to-face I wanted to send a note to introduce myself. You can find my biography via this link to the MLEP site. If your question is more along the lines of "Why did the MLEP board hire this guy?" My resume might help. You can review it here on LinkedIN. Feel free to connect with me there.

Why Logger Education?
I first got my taste of Forestry and education as a teenaged counselor at Scout Camp. I got to teach Scouts the Forestry, Soil and Water Conservation, and Environmental Science Merit Badges. Later, I had the opportunity to work with MLEP on its Trees to Track program. We did some horse/mule logging at camp. We produced some of our own paper.

What about LogSafe?
My grandpa turned a machine over on himself when I was in Kindergarten. He didn't survive. When I was in 8th grade my dad had the counterweight of a machine pin him between the weight and the track. He spent a year regaining the strength to walk again. He survived. When I was 38 I went down in a room full of Eagle Scouts and Scouting professionals. I survived - Here's the "Rest of the Story". The need for Continuing Education is vital for us all.

When do we get to meet you?
There are lots of trainings scheduled in the coming months. Even if you have met your LogSafe requirements and your MLEP requirements feel free to find an upcoming session to attend. We have seats available at our October 19 Conference. Stop reading. CLICK HERE --> Sign Up Today! I'll buy you a cup of coffee and you can help me learn what MLEP needs to offer to help you meet the ever-challenging demands of your profession.

How do we get ahold of you?
