Parking Permit Reminder: Ready to Park?
Parking permits are available through the vPermit portal. Please keep these important reminders in mind before parking:
Pay-Only Lots
Permits are not valid in Lots 18, 57, the basement of Lot 36, or the surface lot adjacent to Lot 36. An hourly or daily parking session must be purchased in these locations.
Lot 25, previously a pay-only lot, is now reserved for contracted parking. Permits are not valid in this lot.
Permits & Payment
Students, faculty and staff must log in to vPermit using UA credentials through single sign-on. Do not create or use a Visitor or Vendor account. If you do not see the appropriate permit, contact us for assistance.
Student permits are semester-based. Faculty and staff may purchase semester or annual permits and utilize payroll deduction. Payment plans are available for all other permits; a credit card must be on file before purchasing a payment plan permit.
Vehicle & License Plate Reminders
Faculty/Staff permits allow up to three active vehicles, but only one may be on campus within a three-hour period. All other permits allow one active vehicle at a time. Update your active vehicle before parking when necessary.
Your license plate serves as your permit. Make sure it matches the information in vPermit, do not include spaces, and park with your license plate facing the immediate drive lane.
