There are more than 220,000 individuals with disabilities in North Texas. Only 90,000 have jobs.

We believe when individuals with disabilities receive the appropriate support and opportunity for active learning, they continue to gain social and functional skills beyond any preconceived limitations, enabling them to reach their fullest potential.  

Meet Jerome: 

Jerome has an integrated work experience through the Goodwill Individualized Skills and Socialization Training for adults with disabilities. He believes Goodwill changed his life for the better, and through the tools and training provided, he knows he can succeed in a career.
