We need your feedback!

We are gathering information on what makes successful clubs successful.

As part of the work of the Ad Hoc Committee on Awards and Recognition, we are particularly interested in how strong, successful clubs are planning and operating their clubs. More importantly, what motivates your club and your members to be (and stay) engaged?

We appreciate your participation. Please keep in mind this is an extensive data-gathering exercise and will take you about 20-30 minutes to complete. Please don't overthink your answers. Usually, your first reaction is the right one! You also don't need to have exact feedback; you'll notice there are several places where you can and should estimate the engagement and activity of your members.

Finally, there is an opportunity at the end to share your contact information and any additional information you wish to share; this is not required, but helpful.
