No Way to Treat a Child
The Middle East Committee of WILPF US has been working on a new project to engage members in support for legislation that
promotes human rights for Palestinian children by ending abusive Israeli military detention practices.
This call, we'll hear from long time WILPF Middle East Committee member Genie Silver who will explain how members can effect change by getting behind this newly reintroduced bill, proposed by
Congresswoman Betty McCollum (DFL-Minn.).
There will also be Announcements and a MEMBER FORUM to do more planning for our October TREATIES actions, the last of our Solidarity Actions for 2019.
