For all other females that are disposed of between installment billings, the second installment is due and payable by the member who enrolled the female.

Online – Parentage Test Requests

When ordering parentage verification tests using your Online system, please be sure that both parents have had a SNP profile completed. The reason being one parent may be a mature animal that only has a microsatellite test on file.

When this is the case, the CSA staff should be ordering the test on your behalf so that special instructions can be included on the bottom of the application form. The lab staff that receives your form and sample will then know that they are to send a portion of the sample to Quantum Genserve in Saskatoon, SK. The end result - your parentage results are not delayed as one parent is qualified using SNP testing; and the other parent is qualified using Microsatellite testing.
