February 2026 | The Latest Updates from WSUP

Facebook  X  YouTube  Web

February was warmer than usual...maybe it's because of all the heart warming things happening in public education across Wyoming. This month we accomplished quite a bit together including two presentations at the 2026 NASUP conference, hosting our first lunch and learn with Sheridan 2, and finalizing the coordination of four events in March.

The Wyoming School-University Partnership presented at the 2026 National Association of School-University Partnerships annual conference in Crystal City, VA (DC). One presentation celebrated the Partnership's 40th year of public education renewal and the other highlighted the Wyoming Classroom Connections Tour.

Celebrating a New Chapter

The Partnership's project coordinator of four years, Nicholas Jesse, accepted a job as the Manager of Career Services at the University of Wyoming College of Business. He is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work for such a valuable organization and learned a lot during his time here. He is especially proud of the initiatives he helped build and oversee including District Connections Fair, Wyoming Classroom Connections Tour, and Teach Wyoming Day.

Congratulations Nicholas and best of luck on this next chapter in your career.
