Spotlight on Support: Caregiver Support

Caring for a loved one who is aging, living with dementia, or managing a disability is an act of love—but it can also be incredibly demanding. Many caregivers find themselves juggling work, family, and responsibilities without much time or space to care for themselves.

That’s where Access Care Partners’ Caregiver Support Program can help.

We provide personalized, compassionate guidance for family caregivers—whether you’re just getting started or deep in the daily routines of caregiving.

  • Assistance with balancing your own health and caregiving responsibilities

Why Use This Program?

✅ You need help figuring out what support options are available

✅ You’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or isolated

✅ You’re worried about your loved one’s safety or changing needs

“Many caregivers often express a loss of self- identity and that's why I do what I do,”  says our Access Care Partners’ Caregiver Support Specialist, Monica Crespo. “My hope is to bring back their sparkle and remind them of how special they are. After all it takes a special selfless person to step up and care for their loved ones. I want to help them find that balance that will allow them to remember to love themselves, and embrace doing things they still love to do, and while still fulfilling the duty they have taken on. Balance is key to a successful caregiver and avoiding caregiver burn out. My job is to remind them that balance can be achieved and they are deserving of finding it!

Caregiving is one of the most important roles a person can take on—and it’s okay to need help. You don’t have to do this alone.”

Whether you’re caring for a parent, spouse, sibling, or friend, we’re here to support you too.
