Let's play mbira! It's so much fun playing mbira together!!!!! You'll refresh and learn parts as needed and Erica will help you to success playing the interlocking parts together. If you're coming, reply to this email with your mbira piece requests of a piece new to you, or one you know but want to go deeper with, in nyamaropa or mavembe (aka gandanga) tuning. The songs to work on will be chosen from your requests.
ALL levels from new beginner to advanced are welcome, and you can enroll from the button at the end of this email. Mbiras will be available to use or buy if you don't have one yet.
All sessions will be outdoors (including shaded porch) as our gracious hosts have set up good outdoor areas for this.
