Popular Program Continues with Expanded Eligibility

WSSC Water Crews are Winter Ready!

Winter is our busiest season for water main breaks. When the Potomac River temperature drops, we experience an increase in breaks. In the past week alone, the river temperature has fallen by about 10 degrees and crews have responded to more than 100 water main breaks. The sooner we know about a break, the sooner we can respond.
