In case you didn't hear about it, this past weekend there was a bear roaming the streets of North Fulton. Here are the details.
All the stats for June are out and we are still in one of the strongest Seller markets we've ever seen. The full reports are below.
The homes that are priced correctly are selling faster than ever before and above list price, even higher than a year ago. The ones that aren't are sitting on the market until they make a price reduction. That's why we've seen such a significant increase in inventory.
I'm looking forward to next week when we start seeing what happened in July.
