Residents can now watch the transformation of Century Village East’s main guard gate in real time, thanks to a new live camera feed provided by CVE Master Management.

The camera offers a continuous view of the construction site, allowing residents to track daily progress from the comfort of their homes.

This added transparency is part of CVE Master Management’s commitment to keeping the community informed during this major improvement project. The live stream can be accessed through the official CVE Master Management website.

In a community as active and engaged as Century Village East, information travels quickly — but not all of it is accurate. That’s why it’s important for residents to know where to turn for official news and updates.

There are only a few trusted sources of information in the Village.

• The INSIDER, and other emails directly from CVE Master Management

• Official emails from both CenClub and COOCVE

• The CVE Reporter, which is the only officially recognized and most trusted newspaper in the Village.

While you may see flyers, newsletters or other unauthorized newspapers, social media posts or emails from other sources, they are not recognized news sources inside the Village.

Remember that unless they come from one of the official channels, they are not verified or sanctioned by the governing entities of CVE.

When it comes to news, community updates, schedules, policies, and important alerts, only rely on the official channels. Trust only the ones that represent the Village.

Century Village East residents are advised of several changes to CVE bus routes that are now in effect as part of the Off Season Schedule:

As a change to the Coconut Creek service, the stop at the Promenade in Coconut Creek has been discontinued due to lack of ridership.

A new stop is now the Super Walmart located at 3801 Turtle Creek Dr., Coral Springs. This location is slightly west of the current Seminole Casino stop. Residents are reminded that bus space is limited, particularly when purchasing large or bulky items.

(On a related note, we have learned the Coconut Creek Casino no longer offers a free Sunday brunch. While the bus route to the casino continues, we just wanted to let you know about the brunch.)

Other changes include:

• Route 1 remains unchanged.

• Route 2 now includes service to the medical center. The designated stop will be located at the southeast corner of the H. Irvin Levy building, closest to the medical center.

• Route 3 now includes coverage for buildings Upminster A through F.

• Route 4 now serves buildings Upminster G through M.

• Route 5 now is the only route serving Keswick A, B, and C on return trips back to the Clubhouse.

Residents are encouraged to plan accordingly.

At the June meeting of the CVE Master Management Board, representatives from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) attended to provide residents with a detailed update on the long-planned expansion and construction of SW 10th Street.

The presentation offered insight into the timeline, traffic impact, and steps being taken to minimize disruption to Century Village East.

There’s no need to travel far for Xfinity services. The Xfinity store is located right inside Century Village East, in the CVE Master Management building on the south side of the property, next to the medical office.

The store is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a midday closure for lunch. Don't forget about the "Tech2You" events every Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The CVE Master Management Office is now on summer hours. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Bob brings a wealth of experience in security operations and community safety and is already working closely with the Director of Security and the rest of the team to keep our Village safe and secure.
