Advancing Our Industry's Priorities

This year's NAC DC Fly-In brought America’s Independent ATM Operators, Suppliers, and Industry Leaders to Capitol Hill for More than 40 Meetings with Members and Congressional Leadership to Promote NAC-Generated Legislation: Safe Access to Cash Act (SACA), Payment Choice Act (PCA) and Reasonable Access to Banking Services for the Industry.

Highlights included dinner with Congressman Scott Fitzgerald (R-WI) and breakfast with Senator Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) — leading House and Senate co-sponsors of The Safe Access to Cash Act.

Top priority for NAC delegation was advancing our Safe Access to Cash Act. NAC pressed hard for immediate favorable action and thanked Senators for their continued support following the bill's unanimous passage by the Senate Judiciary Committee.
