The Future of Work is Diverse, Inclusive, Just and Equitable
GlobalMindED closes the equity gap by creating a capable, diverse talent pipeline through connections to role models, mentors, internships for low-income students, returning adults, First Gen to college and inclusive leaders who teach them, work with them and hire them.

From First Gen to PhD: Meet Dr. Dana Ann Lambert, CEO of GlobalED Solutions, Creating Life-Changing Opportunities for Students
As a Pueblo Colorado native raised on a four-generation family farm, I can speak firsthand of the definition of innovation and integrity. As a first-generation college student, I obtained my doctorate degree in leadership and human relations. Through these experiences, my greatest strength is the ability to form strong trusting working relationships with our partners. As CEO of GlobalED Solutions, Inc / Public Benefit Corporation, we are committed to providing innovative, effective, efficient solutions, invigorating customer service, and utilizing business as a force to help humankind in every action that we take. Every student of GlobalED Solutions is assigned to an Enrichment Life Coach (ELC), whose primary focus is to build relationships, inspire, advocate, and tutor our students, regardless of where they reside or their home situation. Our processes and career pathways have afforded thousands of students and hundreds of communities to disrupt generations of high school drop-outs by creating life-changing opportunities that lend themselves to a renewed vein for our students, families, and communities. A humbling honor indeed!
What is your personal/professional story?
I have over 30 years of experience within the professional realms of education and business. I am grateful for the privilege of serving as the Chief Executive Officer of GlobalED Solutions, a Public Benefit Corporation committed to providing innovative, effective/efficient solutions, invigorating customer service, and utilizing business as a force to help humankind in every action that we take.
What key moments in your life led you to where you are today?
My family of five lived with my grandparents and their eleven children on the family farm. The magnitude of helpfulness, camaraderie, caring, peacefulness, and commotion was perfectly described as home. Everyone lived, breathed, scheduled activities, and ate army-style meals around farming hours. A sense of peacefulness and belonging consumes me to date when I recall a conversation we had on the farm. However, the reality of knowing that every penny counted created a constant and consistent urgency to ensure crops and animals were being cared for 24/7. We lived from check to check where everyone understood one another’s role in the family. Work was expected from everyone and was rarely questioned or explained. Discussions usually take 5-10 minutes until one looks at the time, seems shocked, raises both hands to end the conversation, and announces, oh jeez, that well ain't gonna dig itself. This environment created a sense of community, self-worth, achievement, importance, and relevance. While at the same time, these early struggles instilled a drive to overcome adversity. As a young child, I dreamt about having a business of my own that would eliminate the stressors of living from check to check and was geared at helping others facing similar challenges. Thus, the formation of GlobalED Solutions!
Where does your passion to serve come from?
I have/share concerns that the rural community and impoverished families lack adequate resources due to education opportunities, inadequate access to health care, cultural resources, and professional advancement. As a result, I am driven every day to ensure our students, families, and communities are given equal, fair, and inspiring educational and social-emotional support to exceed and succeed.
How can GlobalMindED help you reach your goals?
GlobalMindED can help me reach my goals by educating me on what is the latest and greatest tools coming to the forefront. For example, one of this year's presenters spoke specifically about Khanmigo, an AI tutor that can bring a deep understanding, confidence, clarity and empowerment to all students. This is a game changer for all students learning - leveling the playing field for all academic growth and success!
