We’ve now passed the midpoint of Medicare Open Enrollment season, which began on October 15 and runs through December 7. Our team — Joe, John, and Dave — has been working tirelessly to help people navigate their options during this busy and important season.

Looking ahead, it’s important to understand that most Medicare Advantage plans will be undergoing significant changes in 2026 — and for the first time in many years, these changes are not positive ones. While each carrier’s changes will differ, they may include:

• Potential reductions or modifications to certain benefits
• Possible network changes that could affect access to care in the future**
• Prescription drug formulary changes which are a moving target which should be reviewed annually

These upcoming shifts make it essential for both new and existing beneficiaries to understand how future changes could impact them.
