Good Day!
We are feeling lucky today! Only a few more sleeps until we get to see members, partners and friends in Williamsport! We have a few items for your information before you go.
First, notice of a room change for Monday afternoon! The Educational, Guided Beer Tasting with Brewery Tours 4:00 -5:00 PM will be held in the The Grand Ballroom at the Holiday Inn. We had a GREAT response and will not fit into the original room (502).
The Reception at 5:30 PM is scheduled in there, so both events will be in the same room now. Thank you to Stacy Thompson at the Holiday Inn for being flexible, and providing such great customer service to us overall.
Exhibitors...
Your registration packet will be at the Liberty Arena. However, if you are registered for the Monday 9:00 AM Tourism Tactics Workshop, we will have your packet at the Holiday Inn on Monday morning. Note the booth setup times on the schedule available for download below.
The packet will include:
- Marketplace Directory chock FULL of information!
- Name Tag and Badge
- FYI's and general instructions.
- Lunch menu for Tuesday (SCORZ Restaurant is onsite).
- Door Prize Ticket for Lycoming CVB's giveaway basket.
- Breakfast Ticket (if you registered for the Tuesday morning breakfast briefing at Liberty Arena). If you didn't register, there is a continental breakfast at Holiday Inn.
- 10% off Annual Meeting Promo Code for attending Marketplace.
- Bus arrival times and participating operator's contact information.
