Call It Sincuidados Lone Mountain Preserve
Homeowners voted to name the Lone Mountain preserve as “Sincuidados Lone Mountain Preserve.” Our community purchased the preserve in June. In a survey, more than 50 percent of those who responded selected Sincuidados Lone Mountain Preserve. The name “Sincuidados Desert Preserve” placed second, receiving 17 percent of the vote. Two hundred people responded to the survey and chose from five possible names.
Our Zoom Meetings Now Require Passwords
For security reasons, Zoom is requiring meetings, such as Sincuidados Homeowners Association Board of Directors Open Meetings, have a passcode or a waiting room enabled for our community account. We will require a password instead of the waiting room feature. The waiting room feature allows the host to control when a participant joins the meeting by placing participants in a waiting room prior to joining the session. However, we believe requiring the host to individually allow each homeowner to join the meeting would be too time consuming. For this reason, we have chosen to instead require a password. In Case You Missed It ... They Met In The Navy
In addition to the beauty and serenity of Sincuidados, our community includes a variety of people with amazing stories and backgrounds. We call it Sincuidados Stories.

In our third edition, we share the story of our neighbors Paula and Chet Ross and how they met in the Navy.
