A CLEAN TRADITION
The Durango Chamber of Commerce and BID are holding the annual Downtown Clean Day this Friday, May 26. The traditional precursor to high tourist season sees our community come together to make sure we are sparkling and ready for the anticipated wave of visitors to descend upon Durango. Grab a friend, co-workers, or use it as an excuse for some ‘me’ time and enjoy a morning of clean camaraderie, coffee, free donuts and prizes. Meet at the Keller Williams parking lot just north of 7th Street and Main Avenue in Downtown Durango. To register (so we know how many donuts to buy), click HERE.

RECORD REWARDS
Our local shopping incentive program has wrapped for the spring, and our official tallies indicate that it helped spur a record $171,000 in local spending! We’d like to give a huge thank you to our sponsors Alpine Bank, Urban Market, and the Durango Chamber of Commerce for helping us offer this program to our community. Congratulations to all 250 rewards recipients who shopped local and earned $50 back in local gift cards. We will offer this program again around the holiday shopping season and will be aiming to surpass the million dollar mark in incentivized local spending since beginning the rewards structure in 2020.
