OCTOBER 2026
| | |
Hello,
Christmas is coming early for me. My Facebook feed is showing nostalgic Christmas memory videos because I’m the assistant director of “Miracle on 34th Street, A Live Radio Play” at Abrams Spotlight Productions. Set in a 1940s radio studio, the show follows Kris Kringle, who claims to be the real Santa Claus after becoming a department store Santa. Shows are Dec. 3-13 in Abrams.
The nighttime rehearsals are such a contrast to my daytime reality. Every day, I use technology that was never imagined in the 1940s, and the technology keeps changing! Case in point: read our articles about Artificial Intelligence and Visitor ID.
While it’s been fun to visit the past, I’m glad I live in 2026 and can provide modern marketing services and website development to businesses and nonprofits like you.
See you at the show,
Bill Koehne, Founder & Business Development Manager

$20K Hole-in-One at Golf Outing
We were looking for a lucky winner in the $20,000 hole-in-one contest we co-sponsored. No one won the $20 grand, but we enjoyed supporting the Howard Suamico Business Professional Association Golf Outing on Sept. 11.
The Association meets at 8 a.m. on the second Wednesday of the month at the Howard Suamico School District Office.

Sharing AI Tips at Sales Event
Thanks to everyone who attended "Sales Rewired: Innovative Selling for the 5P Industries" on Sept. 30. I presented "The AI Ladder," describing how businesses can use AI as a tool, researcher, personal assistant, co-worker, or digital employee.
Green Bay Innovation Group is a business consortium for the 5P (Paper, Pulp, Plastic, Print, Packaging) and Converting Industries.

Speed Networking
Time flies when you’re speed networking. The Oconto Falls Area Chamber of Commerce invited the Peshtigo and Oconto chambers for a business networking event on Sept. 24. We met with other business leaders from the region in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Oconto Falls Area Chamber meets at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, at the school district office.

Connecting with Businesses
New month, new opportunity to network! We had a full house and lots of opportunities to learn about other businesses and nonprofits at the Greater Green Bay Chamber Power Networking event at Heritage Hill.
Breakfasts take place at 8 a.m. on the first Tuesday of the month. Join us, and check out the Member-to-Member Savings Program.

This is Captain Brian’s second website with our team. As an updated version of his original website, this site once again sells the charter fishing experience, not just the service.
The video banner instantly grabs the audience’s attention, capitalizing on the emotional experience of catching fish. The combination of Brian's expertise, clear pricing, and the easy booking path helps to sell charter fishing trips.

St. John’s Ministries’ website balances emotion with fact, doing a great job explaining its diverse services by devoting a page to each.
The site is designed for multiple audiences and gives the audience different ways to get involved. By highlighting its mission, St. John’s Ministries communicates the organization’ purpose to donors, volunteers, and people seeking services.
