Intent to Submit a Paper

2025 NAAIM FOUNDERS AWARD

Call for Papers:

We invite papers on innovative topics in active investing. Submissions may include documented investment approaches, analyses on the validity of active investing, or research into topics like technical analysis, quantitative analysis, position sizing, scaling trades, exit strategies, tax harvesting, and execution.

Who Can Submit: The Founders Award paper writing contest is open to investment practitioners, academic faculty, and doctoral candidates.

Selection Criteria: Papers should be practically relevant for financial professionals, presenting strategies executable in today’s markets. The focus is on active investment management that aims to outperform passive, buy-and-hold strategies, although papers on any aspect of active investing will be considered. A jury of scholars and investment professionals will review and award the prize.

Deadline to submit a paper: March 3, 2025
