Sandhill Crane Road & Catbird Lane Drainage Work
- Drainage work in proximity to Sandhill Crane Road and Night Heron Villas is in progress. The leisure trail remains closed.
- Drainage installation on Catbird Lane is in progress and will continue through the week of January 10th.
Red Cardinal Road Survey Work
- Survey work will take place on Red Cardinal Road the week of January 10th.
- No traffic delays or detours are expected.

General Project Reminders
- Heavy traffic delays should be expected on North Sea Pines Drive as crews will utilize single-lane closures along this roadway to accommodate the work. Traffic control will be in place, obey the speed limit within the construction zone.

The leisure trail along North Sea Pines Drive from The Sea Pines Beach Club to Lawton Drive is closed to bike and pedestrian traffic. Please refer to the Leisure Trail detour map here for more information.
- The Beachwalks located at #39 & #40 are not currently accessible from North Sea Pines Drive due to this project.

Live Christmas Tree Recycling Information
Sea Pines property owners may recycle their live (non-artificial) Christmas trees by dropping them off in the Sea Pines CSA neighborhood debris pickup locations through January 12th. Please make sure all ornaments, lights, and other decorations are removed from the trees prior to recycling them.

Stormwater Repairs
A catch basin repair is in progress on Sandfiddler Road. Once completed, repairs will begin on a storm water pipe near 24 Marsh View Drive.
Next week stormwater pipe repair will begin on Red Cardinal Road.

Stormwater Maintenance
Line jetting of storm water pipes on Greenwood Drive, near Club Course is in progress. Once the work is complete, line jetting will will occur on Jessamine Place.
Next week line jetting will begin in the area of Old Military Road and Baynard Cove Road.

Roadway Asphalt Repairs
Minor asphalt repairs continued this week along Heritage Road, Baynard Cove Road, Red Maple Road, and Greenwood Drive and will continue into next week, weather permitting.

Sea Pines Security received recent reports of car break-ins from various areas. We want to take this time to remind everyone throughout Sea Pines to remove the opportunity for theft by securing your vehicles (lock your doors and roll up your windows) and to remove personal belongings from plain view when leaving vehicles unattended.
When you see something that looks out of place, please report it to our security department promptly by calling 843.671.7170.
The sooner we get the information, the quicker we can assist. Thank you for your assistance in helping to keep our community safe.

2022 Sea Pines CSA Residential Assessment Reminder
The mailing of the 2022 Assessment invoices were delayed at the financial institution level, with an updated mailing date of Wednesday, December 15, 2021. The due date listed on the invoice is January 10, 2022, however, we will not be assessing late fees and finance charges until February 1, 2022. We appreciate your patience. If you have any questions, please contact Tracey McNeill, Finance Administrator at traceym@csaseapines.com.

Developed Property Landscaping Maintenance Reminders |
|
- Roofs, gutters, driveways, and other hard surfaces shall be cleared of pine straw and other vegetative debris with reasonable frequency so that there is no accumulated buildup.
- Fallen leaves are permitted as landscaping ground cover, but shall be maintained to a neat, clean appearance.
- Limbs, sticks, fronds, fallen leaves (not used as ground cover of bedded areas) and other such vegetative debris shall be removed from the Property
