Perhaps you've been curious about whether Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as "tapping" could help you feel more comfortable, confident or connected to the present moment. If you are a helping professional, EFT is something that can help you help others more effectively.

I keep these classes small (max. 8 students), safe and you work directly with me throughout the program. The course is required for practitioner certification and includes 6 weeks of practice and integration support to get you started on certification requirements.
