'7 Sharp 9' will take the stage this Friday, June 4 at Newtown Park! *Please note: The concert will be held in the parking lot near the Old Alabama Road entrance due to repairs being made at the Amphitheater.

Johns Creek unveils new fire station
|
|
The new 9,000 square-foot Fire Station 64 is officially in service! Located on Kimball Bridge Road, it features three bays for emergency equipment, a community room, a generator, and its own 1,000-gallon diesel fuel tank.

City purchases remaining 10 acres for Cauley Creek Park
|
|
City Council agreed to purchase the remaining 10-acre property along the Chattahoochee River, making it the final
piece to complete the overall vision for the future Cauley Creek Park.

State Bridge Park officially opens
|

The four-acre park features a trailhead kiosk for the quarter-mile nature trail, which has a soft/natural walking surface as it meanders through young pines, established magnolia trees, and more species.

Free Outdoor Fitness continues in June
|

These free outdoor fitness classes are a great way to stay healthy and have fun! Certified instructors teach these popular classes and all fitness levels are welcome.

Johns Creek fire stations, community activities return June 1
|
|
City Johns Creek fire stations will reopen to the public for tours, community rooms can be reserved, and requests for car seat installation assistance will resume June 1. Requests should be made using the Fire Department's online forms.

Fulton County libraries reopen full-time, in-person services
|
|
The Fulton County Library System has announced the full time reopening of 32 branch libraries. In-person services will be available on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Wednesdays - Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Computer use will continue to be available to all patrons for one hour per day, six days a week.

The City of Johns Creek has partnered with St. Vincent de Paul Georgia and North Fulton Community Charities for the JC CARES Vulnerable Populations Grant Program. The program aims to help Johns Creek residents with overdue rent and mortgage payments, utility assistance, food assistance, or other unforeseen financial/ emergency needs directly related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Adult Co-Ed Softball registration starts July 1

The City of Johns Creek's fall co-ed adult softball league is gearing up for its tenth year of slow-pitch. Registration runs July 1 thru July 23 and is limited to the first eight teams to register.

Johns Creek International Festival set for Oct. 23

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, performer, food or retail vendor at the Johns Creek International Festival, registration is now open! The festival will be held on Saturday, Oct. 23 on Aga Khan Foundation Field, located adjacent to Johns Creek City Hall, 11360 Lakefield Drive.
