It’s time to start thinking about membership renewal season! This year, there are four things that are required to renew your license and your Association membership: 1. Continuing Education credits (18), 2. Code of Ethics training (2.5 hours), 3. License Renewal through DSPS, and 4. Payment of Your Association Dues Renewal Invoice.
We are encouraging everyone to begin the renewal process as early as they can. Have you taken all of your CE credits, and do you have all of your certificates ready to submit? Have you completed your Code of Ethics training? If you have already done those two things, you’ll be set when the DSPS window to renew opens in October. Once you have renewed your license, keep an eye on your inbox for your Association invoice, which needs to be paid no later than December 1st, 2024 to avoid late fees and suspension of services. Click here for more details on 2025 membership renewal. Have questions? Please email to Jen@wisre.com.

RASCW Member Nominated for NAR Good Neighbor Award - Cast Your Vote! | |
The National Association of REALTORS® has selected REALTOR® and RASCW member Charlie Wills as one of its ten finalists for its 2024 Good Neighbor Award. Like the local RASCW Good Neighbor Award, which Charlie received this past year, this program honors members who are making an extraordinary difference in their communities by giving time, money, energy, and expertise to uplift people. Charlie is a co-founder of 100 Men of Dane County, a program where 100 community members make an impact by committing to donate $4,000 annually. To date, they have donated more than $2.3 million in grants, primarily benefiting small nonprofits organizations. Congrats, Charlie - this was so deserved! Click here for more about Charlie's work and nomination, and here to give him your vote. Let's help Charlie win additional grant money to further help our communities!
