This seminar presents a step-by-step walkthrough of the insurance appraisal process, from property inspection through final replacement cost reconciliation. The course includes a detailed discussion of ISO construction classifications, occupancy considerations, and common issues affecting insurable value conclusions.

Participants will also observe live valuation applications using CoreLogic tools, demonstrating practical methodologies, data interpretation, and real-world approaches used in developing credible insurance appraisals.
