See Saw Wines is a vineyard/wine business located in Orange NSW. We have an area of 140ha of vineyard that is all certified organic.

We are looking for someone to take responsibility of managing day-to-day operations on one of the vineyards which is located about 5 mins to the west of Orange. It's 50ha of vineyard comprising of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as the bigger varieties.

During the season your role will be all on the one farm with other staff from the other farms helping during the season. However during the off season all work is carried out as a team. The farm equipment is all updated, including sprayers and tractors etc.

We are a small family winery that has been making wines from the Heathcote region since 1991. The winery is situated 1.5 hours drive from the Melbourne CBD, 30 mins drive from Kyneton and 45 mins drive from Bendigo.

We crush 150 - 200 tonnes of ultra-premium grapes solely from the Heathcote region annually. We produce both white and red wines for our allocation customers, and are always looking to try new things to excite our customers and us as winemakers. Focussing on grapes grown at our six estate owned and managed sites across the region. We also purchase grapes from a few select growers in Heathcote, and work with the same patches of vineyard within these sites each year.

You will predominantly work the 'on and off' premise wholesale market in Melbourne and regional Victoria representing the SOUMAH brand, imported wines from our Italian and French partners as well as wines from other Australian producers. The wholesale role will take up four days of your week with one day working at SOUMAH Cellar Door taking on various tasks including the tasting counter and also potentially membership activity. We are the largest vineyard in Beechworth with some 50ha under vine.

The Assistant Manager's position is a full time, hands-on role working with our vineyard manager across every area of production. You will work with our four full time crew, four regular casuals, contractors and seasonal team.

You will possess a qualification in Viticulture, Agriculture or similar, or you have extensive experience gained on the job in similar positions. It is essential that you hold a genuine passion for viticulture and fine wine.
