Five years ago, we introduced SoftWave Therapy to our office. Looking back, it has undeniably been one of the best decisions we have made for our patients.
SoftWave has provided hope and meaningful relief for many people dealing with chronic or stubborn problems involving the knees, shoulders, lower back, sacroiliac joints, neck, hips, feet and more. We have watched patients return to activities they love, move with greater comfort and experience progress when other approaches had fallen short.
Although SoftWave can help relieve pain, its purpose reaches beyond temporarily covering up symptoms. SoftWave uses acoustic waves to stimulate the body’s natural healing response in areas where healing may have slowed or stalled. This fits perfectly with our philosophy at Thrive: the body was designed to heal, and our job is to help remove the roadblocks that may be interfering with that process.

Although our entire team has been trained to administer SoftWave Therapy, Cindy has truly become our SoftWave rockstar. Her experience, compassion and commitment to helping each patient get the most from every treatment have played a tremendous role in the success of the program.
Over the past five years, Cindy has treated thousands of painful areas—and, more importantly, she has encouraged and cared for the people attached to them. We are grateful to have her as such an important part of the Thrive team.

SOFTWAVE PRICING CHANGES OCTOBER 1
Beginning October 1, 2026, our SoftWave fees will change to:
• One treatment area: $90
• Two treatment areas: $145
This adjustment is necessary because of the increasing cost of maintaining and refurbishing the specialized SoftWave equipment. It will allow us to continue providing the same level of technology, individualized attention and exceptional care our patients expect.
LOCK IN THE CURRENT RATE DURING SEPTEMBER
Throughout September, you may still purchase a SoftWave Prepay Plan at our current pricing. This allows you to lock in the existing rate and continue using those prepaid treatments after the new pricing takes effect.
