It's been a busy few months and it’s a busy time of year for many! We hope you all have had a successful summer and are getting ready for the change in seasons. Over here at the Chamber, we are headed into a season of celebration and needless to say, IT'S TIME TO CELEBRATE! On Saturday, November 5th we will be hosting our long overdue IN PERSON, Business Excellence Awards! It's time to acknowledge and share our appreciation for our amazing businesses, organizations and individuals of Revelstoke. We hope that you will join in on the fun and we hope to see you there!

2022 COMMUNITY FUTURES BRITISH COLUMBIA PROVINCIAL CONFERENCE.
There will be 160+ delegates visiting Revelstoke for a Community Futures Conference and they’ll all be looking for a place to eat lunch on Monday, September 19 and dinner on Tuesday, September 20.

If your restaurant is going to be open and you’d like to welcome some of them to your establishment, please reach out to Dallas at Community Futures Revelstoke to spread the word to the delegates.

10,000 people are expected to walk past your downtown business during LUNA Fest!

LUNA Sound and LUNA Arts will be taking place downtown on Friday, September 23rd, and Saturday, September 24th from 6pm-midnight. LUNA Sound is almost sold out at 1,000 tickets and approximately 10,000 attendees are expected at LUNA Arts. If your business is in the position to extend your hours, please consider this opportunity to accommodate this influx of potential customers.

Businesses that extend their hours are invited to participate. Some of Arts Revelstoke’s suggestions include:
- Offer LUNA-themed appetizers, snacks, and cocktail specials
- Having a standing room in your establishment for serving quick bites and drinks
- Incorporating this year’s theme in your space, “FLIGHT”, inspired by Isabel Coursier's record-setting ski jump 100 years ago in 1922
