Have you received an adapted bike from us?

You can give back by fundraising for us through the  Calgary Marathon  charity challenge. We will meet up around 9:30 am on marathon day (May 26) and ride adapted bikes
together in the 1Km event. If riding 1Km is hard for your child, that's ok. No need to do the whole distance. Parents can walk, kids can ride.

It's just $25 to register and you will receive a t-shirt, a medal and a treat at the end!
CP KIDS CAMP

Running during July and August, weekly summer camps will be held in our welcoming and inclusive Community Space at
121, 7015 Macleod Trail SW, Calgary.
Feeling lucky?
You could be the winner of our 50/50 draw or our WestJet raffle. You can purchase tickets from the comfort of your home, without even attending an event!
Our raffle is for 2 (two) tickets anywhere WestJet flies.

The 50/50 is a separate draw, happening at the end of May.
It's growing already! You'll want to be in on it.
We'd love to see you at our Annual AGM.
All current members can vote and be involved.

Easter Seals Camp Horizon is hosting a retreat, taking place on May 10 - May 12, 2019, and we wanted to make sure you all know about it! The retreat is for mothers of children and adults with physical, cognitive and medical needs.

Come and share time with other moms who share your challenges and your triumphs! Take a well deserved break - share in the laughter - (and maybe a few tears)! They will have something on the go for every mom - art workshops, outdoor activities, spa afternoon (massage, facials, henna, mani's and pedi's) and a special evening wine and cheese tasting. Our guest speakers will provide insight, encouragement and humour. There will even be a hot tub onsite!

Once again, the Kinsmen Club of Calgary is supporting CP Kids and Families. Let's return the support by attending their BBQ and Blues night! It's a great time.
The Calgary Flames Alumni have once again chosen us as the sole charity for their Alumni Masters Golf Tournament. We are thrilled! Our team is seeking items that can be auctioned off at the event. If you can donate an item or help us out at the events, give us a shout.
We are proud of our Adapted Bike Program. Thank you notes like the one below make it all worthwhile.

Hello,

I wanted to say thank you again for the adaptive bikes. My kids love them (as do their physiotherapists)! It’s the first time my almost five year old has been able to ride a bike. It’s been so good for her confidence and gross motor skills. She’s even going on a little bike ride with friends next month, something we didn’t think would be able to happen for years! My son loves his bike too, and I know that he is safe on it if he has seizures.

I’ve attached a photo of them riding their bikes from a few weeks ago.

Th anks again.
