We are seeking experts in global recruiting/insights to join online workshop(s) to understand the DEI nuances of specific countries, as well as what methods are best used to ensure a diverse group of voices are being empathetically included in a global setting.

These discussions will lead to the development and publication of resources on global DEI best practices similar to those recently published and socialized for the US market, click here to view these US resources and papers.

Click below to RSVP for each 90-minute Intellus DEI workshop you want to join. You do not have to be an Intellus Worldwide member to participate.

Here are the 7 questions we will explore on best practices for patients and HCPs:
  1. How do each of these markets define DEI?
  2. What does DEI mean/look like in each of these markets?
  3. What are underrepresented groups and why?
  4. How do socioeconomic factors impact DEI in these markets?
  5. What are the biggest challenges, watch outs, or faux pas when considering DEI in each of these markets?
  6. What holidays and/or cultural celebrations should be considered in recruiting efforts?
  7. What ways are best to inquire about DEI in each of these markets - what is specific best-practice language?
We thank you in advance for lending your expertise to this important initiative.
