Conference Guide Listing Deadline Approaching

The deadline to include your organization description, email address, and website in the Conference Guide and mobile app is Friday, March 19. If you have not yet submitted your listing, please reference the email with your login credentials for the Sponsor and Exhibitor Resource Portal to submit your listing information.

Include your logo with your exhibitor listing in the printed Conference Guide and mobile app! The cost is $300. Reach out to your Exhibit & Sponsorship Sales Team to purchase no later than May 7.

Exhibitor Service Kit — Discount Deadline April 15

Freeman is the general service contractor, and the Exhibitor Service Kit is available here. The Discount Price Deadline is Monday, April 15, so be sure to place your orders soon!

Be sure to review the booth display guidelines, Terms & Conditions to ensure a smooth setup experience. Also, review the labor jurisdictions so that you are aware of what your staff are permitted to set up.
