We still need a few more volunteers as AP exam proctors!
Over 4,000 AP exams will be administered from May 4-15. In addition to the Student Services team, who will oversee the exams, parent volunteers are needed to assist in handing out, collecting materials and supervising the test. Test proctoring runs about 4 hours per test, and the exams generally begin at 8 am and 12 pm. Please consider volunteering for this important event and helping support our Student Services team! There are MANY slots still open. Please note: you may NOT proctor a test your student is taking. See what’s available and sign up here.

Our final PTSA General Membership Meeting of the 2025-26 year will be on Fri, May 15, 9 am coffee, 9:30 am program in the Auditorium.
At our final meeting of the year we’ll have one of my favorite things: a parent panel. We’ll talk volunteer work and extracurriculars, SAT and college application readiness and important life skills to teach now before they leave home. Join us to learn from parents who have been though it already, and come with any questions or concerns you’ve had in mind.
**Please park in the bus loop and enter at Door 14.

Langley Junior & Senior Prom – May 2
As prom approaches, please take a moment to ensure your student is fully prepared for a smooth entry into the event.
Essential Ticket and Entry Details: Please Read!
Prom entry will be managed similarly to a football game and other ticketed events. Each student’s Etix barcode will be scanned upon arrival at Capital One Hall. To help avoid delays, students should have their ticket barcode readily accessible (on a phone or printed) when they arrive.
If you purchased a ticket but no longer have the confirmation email, it’s easy to access another one:
-
Visit etix.com and select the “Order Lookup” option.
- Enter the email address you used to purchase the tickets and the last four digits of the credit card
- Etix will resend the confirmation email, which can then be forwarded to your student or added to a digital wallet
Final Ticket Deadline
- All ticket sales end this Fri, May 1 at 12 pm
- No tickets will be sold at the door
Purchase tickets here.
Students arriving with their tickets ready will ensure a quicker, smoother entry for everyone. We look forward to a memorable and enjoyable prom night!
